1. Parties & Ownership
Marvel Bot is a product of MarvelSoft AI (marvelsoft.ai). The domain marvelsoftbot.com is owned and operated by MarvelSoft AI. MarvelSoft AI provides the platform; you use it to build and deploy chatbots for your business purposes.
2. Account Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must use a valid business or personal email address you control.
- Registration may be subject to administrator review and approval.
- One person or organization may not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or suspensions.
3. Account Approval Process
Marvel Bot uses an approval workflow. After signup, your account may remain in a pending state until a Marvel Bot App Owner reviews and approves it. Until approved, you may have limited or no access to platform features. MarvelSoft AI and designated owners may approve, reject, suspend, or delete accounts at their discretion.
4. Assigned Limits & Usage
Upon approval, administrators may assign:
- Token limit — maximum AI tokens consumable across your chatbots
- Chatbot limit — maximum number of chatbots you may create
You agree to stay within assigned limits. Attempting to circumvent limits (e.g. creating duplicate accounts, sharing credentials, or abusing API endpoints) is a material breach of this Agreement.
5. Your Responsibilities
As a Marvel Bot user, you agree to:
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Ensure content you upload or scrape is lawful and properly licensed
- Configure chatbots with accurate greetings, disclosures, and business context
- Inform your website visitors how chat data is collected (see our Privacy Policy)
- Monitor AI outputs and provide human review where decisions affect customers
- Promptly report security issues or unauthorized use to contact@marvelsoft.ai
6. Owner & Administrator Roles
Marvel Bot App Owners and co-owners designated by MarvelSoft AI may manage users, set global defaults, approve signups, adjust limits, and configure platform settings. Owner actions are taken on behalf of MarvelSoft AI for platform administration. Owner accounts may have unlimited usage as configured by the system.
7. Communications
By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails from Marvel Bot, including account verification, approval notifications, password resets, and service announcements. These may be sent from notification@marvelsoftbot.com or other MarvelSoft AI addresses. Marketing emails, if any, will include an unsubscribe option where required by law.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of Marvel Bot is subject to our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that:
- Chat messages and uploaded files are processed to provide AI responses
- Data may be stored on secure cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS)
- Deleting a chatbot removes associated platform data subject to our retention policy
9. Embedded Chatbots & End-Users
When you embed a Marvel Bot widget on your website, you are responsible for your end-users. You must not present the chatbot as a human, and you should provide appropriate disclaimers that responses are AI-generated. MarvelSoft AI is not party to your relationship with your customers.
10. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to our Terms & Conditions, you specifically agree not to:
- Share your account with unauthorized third parties
- Use Marvel Bot to collect sensitive data without proper consent and safeguards (e.g. health, financial, biometric data) unless legally permitted and technically secured
- Deploy chatbots that impersonate MarvelSoft AI or Marvel Bot official support without authorization
- Remove or alter Marvel Bot branding where required by your plan or embed configuration
11. Service Changes
MarvelSoft AI may add, modify, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes that affect account functionality. Beta or experimental features may be offered without warranty.
12. Account Suspension & Deletion
Your account may be suspended or deleted if you:
- Violate this User Agreement or the Terms & Conditions
- Are rejected or removed by an App Owner
- Remain inactive for an extended period (where such policy is enacted)
- Request account deletion
You may request account deletion by contacting contact@marvelsoft.ai. Deletion is subject to verification and applicable retention requirements.
13. Disclaimer & Liability
Marvel Bot is provided as described in our Terms & Conditions. MarvelSoft AI's liability is limited as set forth therein. You use AI-generated outputs at your own risk.
14. Entire Agreement for Accounts
This User Agreement, together with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the complete agreement regarding your Marvel Bot account. If there is a conflict, the Terms & Conditions govern except where this User Agreement provides more specific account-related terms.
